Super fresh, super lemon, super yum! This recipe opens itself up for modification, use Strawberry Limoncello and basil instead of thyme, or Colorado Bourbon Cherry paired with rosemarry. Any which way your salad will become a star with this vinaigrette.

3 TB Canola Oil
3 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TB IPA Lemon Poppy Deliciousness

Measure it, chop it, and add gently to a glass bottle. Preserving the layering so as to impress your guests (or family) with your fantastically sophisticated cooking skills.
Shake it when you are ready to serve. Shake it real good. Pour it. Eat it.
Mixed greens (fancy name for salad)
Arugula & Asparagus Spears
Add some sriracha and make it a dipping sauce for coconut shrimp, or a sauce for a black pepper and fennel seed crusted tuna steak. Holy Smokes.
