Fresh Apricots with Chèvre & Sweetness

•Fresh ripe (but not mushy) apricots halved & pitted 
•Goat chèvre
•Toasted Pecans (or walnuts, pistachios)
•Lemon Zest
•Rosemary Apricot Żubrówka Deliciousness
•Floral accents (I used camomile and sunflowers)


Half & pit the apricots. Fill the void with softened goat cheese. Zest lemon peel over the little babes. Pan or oven roast some nuts and chop into small bits. Cool. Sprinkle over the top. Last step, drizzle some Delicoiusnessness over these little taste bombs. Dress up with flowers.
